Gifted?

Today, on the way to school, Dawson made a startling revelation:

"Mommy, I can Hear things with my ears even when I can't See them with my eyes!"

"Yes, you can"
"Can anybody else do this?"
"Yes, most people can"
"I don't think my friend Ian can"
"No, I'm pretty sure he can"

My kids have such good self esteem. (:
