Check these out

While Chad and I were in Serenbe last weekend we browsed their local market/specialty store. I found these nutrition tracking boards and fell for them immediately. I chose not to buy any just yet (I'm still contemplating) as you need one for each child and they are $30 a piece, but I'm going to try and make my own. I love the concept.
Along the same note, I am thrilled to announce that I have been deliberately and successfully deceiving my children for a couple of weeks now. Thanks to Jessica Seinfield's new bestseller "Deceptively Delicious" my boys have been scarfing down butternut squash, navy beans, carrots, and even spinach (OK, to be honest, the spinach didn't make it past D-that dark green is just so hard to disguise! ). The veggies are pureed and "hidden" in all their favorites. I have yet to try the spinach/brownie recipe, but I'll let you know!

That is great!! I try so hard, but fail so often!! That would help me as well. I may try to make my own as well. Let me know how yours turned out!!

I've got to read that book. Rebecca is really good about eating her fruits and veggies, but she refuses to drink milk! Has anyone else had this problem and what did you do about it? I've tried yogurt, and pudding.....but she doesn't like those either, and because of some tummy trouble, we can't do much cheese.

Shannon-
Could it be that Rebecca is lactose-intolerant? I really don't know much about it or if there is a test or anything. Just my first thought.

Shannon, my 2 youngest drink soy milk, they have eczema. Does she eat cheese? You could buy the calcium enriched oj, what about flavored milk, chocolate or strawberry?
